Use of the Court

Court reservations are made for the date, time, and duration selected at booking. Players are expected to arrive on time and vacate the court promptly at the end of their reserved session so the next booking can begin.

Reservations

All online reservations are submitted with Pending Confirmation status. A booking is only officially confirmed once RC Rally Hub staff verify availability and confirm the reservation through your preferred contact method.

Player Conduct

Players, guests, and spectators are expected to treat staff, other players, and the facility with respect. RC Rally Hub reserves the right to end a session or restrict future bookings in cases of unsafe conduct, damage to property, or repeated policy violations.

Equipment

Paddle and ball rentals are available for an additional fee (see Rates & Packages). Players are responsible for any equipment rented during their session.

Liability

Pickleball is a physical activity that carries an inherent risk of injury. By booking or using the court, players acknowledge this risk and agree that RC Rally Hub is not liable for injuries sustained during play, except where caused by gross negligence on the part of the venue.

Changes to These Terms

RC Rally Hub may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or facility after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
